GlobalLogic (formerly Bonus Technology) is looking for Senior Project Managerto work on the full time basis in Kiev office.

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
Project Management and estimation skills
Strong Communication and Negotiation skills - focused towards customer
People Management skills
Risk Management (analysis and mitigation)
Good understanding of Quality and Process frameworks
Practical knowledge of technology, products and domain areas
Capable of evolving innovative processes
Good resource utilization skills
Understanding of pre-sales pursuits and the associated process
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Responsible for multiple customer engagements for Consumer BU
Responsible for project management and delivery of his engagements
Responsible for account mining - build client relationships at senior management levels for enhanced business
Responsible for career development of team members - manage career aspirations, set career paths, provide coaching and mentoring
Assist in preparation of Project Plan and other artifacts of Project Management (Configuration Management Plan, Traceability Matrix)
Review the performance of Managers reporting to him
Responsible for implementation of Quality and other organizational processes
Responsible for overall Project Budget
Responsible for customer expectation management and satisfaction, resource utilization, project profitability and quality and process management.
Work alongside senior management for business unit level decisions
Conduct Interviews
