For Our Client, brand-name international Company that successfully operates in the world market for over 50 years, which sales in 2008 exceeded US $8 billion worldwide, we’re looking for General Manager for its Ukraine office (over 150 regular employees)
Status: Full-time, salaried management position that reports to SALES MANAGER, EUROPE.
Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education & experience:
1. Master in Business Administration and Management or Marketing
2. At least 5 years experience at the position of Sales Manager* General Manager within international environment - FMCG, telecom, insurance or financial services business.

Responsibilities: Purpose of the Role:
The General Manager:
• oversees all aspects of the Company’s operations to meet organizational Ends established.
• leads Clients’* Distributors’ Relations role and acts as the Site Manager.
• is responsible for all on-site Company’s assets, internal and external business relationships, business processes, assigned staff and business performance under his*her direct*indirect control.
• accepts, champions and implements all programs, policies and decisions from European Executive Committee and the Sub-region.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The General Manager may be required to engage in extensive travel in the country*Sub-Region of assignment and to work weekends on a regular and frequent basis.
